I have lived here for 2 years and I would have NEVER thought that apartment managers could be so terrible!!! They seemed very nice when we moved in, gone SERIOUSLY down hill from there. We have had MANY matenince isues with them. 1.the celing fan in our bathroom leaked water during the winter. Resulting in water and plaster all over the floor and serious water damage to the celing. When we asked them to fix it they said "well they all do that. If we fixed it, it would just happen again next winter". I said that I didn?t care, it NEEDED to be fix. It then took them well over 3 months to come and fix it. And when they did, they did a VERY bad job. They only fixed HALF the celing where the water damage was, and the other side still looks terrible. 2.the dish washer broke. We told them, and although they didn?t have anything to say about not wanting to fix it, it took them about 3 weeks to get a new one in there. And once again when they installed it, VERY poor job. It?s not in there straight, so when you pull the racks out, they just slide right back in. VERY madding when you are trying to put dishes in there. 3. Mold ALL over the back of the toilet. Once again with this isue they said "well they all do that. It?s just the way it is". And STILL haven?t fix it. You cannot ask these people for ANY kind of help with out them trying to get away with not doing it, or doing a VERY poor job. I have tried going to the properity owner and he is just as bad. I do have a FEW good things to say. The floor plan is nice, large bedroom and a fairly large deck. The appliances don?t appear to be that old (except for the dishwasher that broke). That is really all I can say good about The Commodore. Parking is another SERIOUS isue. There is not NEARLY enough. We have been on a waiting list for a reserved spot for about 14 months. STILL have not gotten one. I would NOT recomend these apartments to ANYONE. Unless the management changes. Again it?s not the BULIDINGS fault. It would be a really nice place to live, but the manager is ABSOULTY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Again I cannot say enough that I would NOT recomend these.
