An affordable and comfortable apt

I've moved in for about 6 months already, and so far it has been a pleasant experience. the manager is friendly, helpful and prompt. the complex is well maintained, clean and just being painted as i typed this email. the other reviews are pretty old, so see it yourself before judging. one cons is that i can hear my neighbour upstairs walking. apart from that, its a pretty quiet place.
