Lived here for 6 months.
Positives: View to downtown from the top floor of the front building was nice. Convenient living in downtown. Big closets. Heated pool open during summer.
Negatives: Extremely high water/sewer bill. Avg $60 /month. Bill is charged to entire complex and then equally divided between the units so it doesn't matter if you try and conserve. Noise from traffic (heard the fire truck everyday!) Noise from neighbors, (music from 1st floor can be heard on the 3rd.) Creaky floors. Don't waste your time cleaning when you vacate, they'll charge you anyway. They'll charge you $50 for carpet cleaning, $90 for general cleaning, and $60 for the final water bill so you won't get any of your $175 deposit back...actually you'll pay more!
The one single bad thing is the high water bill. When you add that to the rent, we could've rented a nicer, newer place with w/s included.
