Great location! Only a few minutes from downtown Bellevue! Redmond, Kirkland, and 405/520 are only minutes away as well! Heated pool and hot tub are very inviting! Beautifully landscaped and the best kept community in the neighborhood! Floorplans are great and each apartment can be customized in various ways (accent walls, mirrored closets, etc....) Only a few blocks away from 24 Hour Fitness, Starbucks, Safeway and tons of other places. New property manager came in a few months ago and has made several improvements in the short time of being here! Management will get you great deals on furniture rentals and even a membership to 24-Hour Fitness! All my friends that come by love my apartment and the rest of the property! Some want to move in, but there is a waiting list! Highly recommended property if you want to live in Bellevue.
