Manager's unreliable

I have been talking with the manager at this complex for the past 3 weeks with the intention of moving in at the end of September. On my first visit to the complex to see the inside of a 2-bedroom apartment, she said she'd be willing to give me a 2-bedroom at $850. A week later, I called to confirm the reduced price and let her know that we would be interested in moving in. She confirmed the price at $850. I finally called back to start the paperwork and was told that she never promised the apartment at $850 but at $875. I know this is a small increase from the intitial amount but I think the principle of the matter sreams out at ya. A manager who's word is unreliable is NOT SOMEONE I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Thankfully, I found this out before I went through the hassle of moving in!
The complex looks decent but the property manager leaves a lot to be desired.
