Considering all the other nearby apts. this one is the most bang for the buck. It's not the highest quality, but it's pretty much the best deal around. Granted I didn't actually live at any of the nearby complexes, but I checked them all out and got a pretty good idea of what they were like. The reason this place gives you a good price is because it's kind of hidden, so they don't get enough customers visiting them. The only thing I don't like is that there isn't enough parking. The two leasing agents and the maintenance guy are friendly. Overall it's a nice place to live.
