New manager in town...lookout if you question HIS authority. His way or the highway. If you want to live where you are constantly walking on eggshells come on down. Case in point: Had a stranger respond to a classified ad. Buyer had trouble finding my unit. Manager approached him and asked Who are you' What is your business here' He responded I am here looking for apt *-*** Oh..you mean so & so Visitor asked Who are you' I AM THE MANAGER!!
Visitor booted off property and then I was told to come to the office NOW!! I go to office and am promptly told that I am a trouble maker.. wtf' Then told "I dont know you, but I dont like you" huh' Then says, you have 10 days to get your act together. What act' Then looks at my lease to see when it is up. My lease expired 3 months ago...Hello... Then the manager says, well rent is now going to be 1250.00, now it is 910.00. I promptly tell him that I will do you a favor and give you my 20 day notice. Now all of a sudden he has a change of heart.. Wait wait give me 3 minutes of your time. Tell you what how about I increase your rent only 5.00 per month and what can I do to have you stay here. Long story short..I am gone.
