This is now known as Martinee Condominiums.

I've lived here for over a year and half. This is one of the best places I've rented. Equipments work well. No pests and friendly management. There were terrible managers before this one. All maintenance issues get addressed promptly. Layout of a 2 bed apartment is quite good facilitating both bedrooms as master bedrooms.

Back side apartments are not renovated and pavements could be better.

We have had a garage to ourselves for which we paid a monthly fee. In the night you can hear your neighbors flush but otherwise walls are thick. Heating has been awesome too.
