Needs an proactive manager to control dog issues. Great location

Have lived here for 3 years and have had 2 excellent managers until recently. Large dogs are allowed, but unfortunately a few people allow their pets to fowl on the property and don't clean up. Recent office staff have not been very active at controlling this problem or that of noisey pets.
Very conveneint location and well kept grounds. Parking can be a problem, can pay extra for covered spot.
