Very nice staff, parking is terrible, and the interiors are in desperate need of a renovation. No treadmill in the hot and stuffy work out area of the club house. Tanning bed bulbs seem old. In the past, barking dogs nearly drove me insane!!! During the summer months, kids are screaming from the pool, but during the off-season it is fairly quiet. I can't have my bedroom windown open because of cars coming and going in the parking lot (too noisy). Smoking neighbors are a problem as well; the smell is everywhere. Close to freeways and great walking paths and trails.
