Great place! Best Dog apartment anywhere.

This is the best apartment in the area if you have a dog, they have the best dog policies anywhere. Even if you don't the beutiful setting right across from a nice wilderness area makes you beleive that you aren't actually in Bellevue. Easy access to busses (nice walk to the south bellevue park and ride with a 20min to downtown Seattle bus ride), Factoria is just around the corner, on a nice bike route. There is a little bit of traffic noice but nothing too bad. I lived there for several years and only left because I bought a house, although, I still miss the gym, spa, and pool. They have nice grounds and nice management.
