Have you folks who love this hell hole read the reviews' Arent you concerned when you move out that you too will get ripped off' Is management writing these glowing reviews' Which building do you people live in' In the building I lived in not one person I came across liked this dreary, poorly managed, tiny, cheaply constructed, parking space free, overpriced, crappy work-out room, pool never open, rip off at move out, ugly interior, noisy and dog crap ridden hole of an apartment. If you people love living at Emerald Ridge, and it honestly isn't the management writing this, then get back to us when they not only keep your entire deposit, but charge you hundreds on top of it. Nobody I've talked to has escaped the rip off at move out.
