I manage a property in the same general area and have often referred clients there. Leanne (Manager) has been generous with her time and committment to helping them with short term or long term rentals. I have received a number of calls from these same referrals thanking me for directing them to Emerald Ridge Apartments. Whenever I have visited the property (often unannounced) the grounds have been well kept and the staff has been extremely acomodating not only to myself, but to those clients I have referred.
