Wow, I'm surprised to see all these complaints. Well all I can do is speak for myself, and type about my experience. First I would like to say, I don't think this complex is anywhere close to looking or feeling like projects. I read some previous comments stating this. How they came up with that'I have been to real live projects before, i have seen both worlds. And this place is not on that side of the world. I think some people should go to real projects and check out what that world is like.

I have lived here for a little over a year. I have nice quiet neighbors. Maybe I just lucked out. My apartment is quiet, I live below someone and on top of someone. Managment has always been good to me. Leanne has never been rude to me, and has always taken care of things, if I needed something fixed or if I ever had any questions. I have never heard of any car break-ins. And this place is always super quiet. I can walk outside in the middle of the night and feel safe. I am a single woman, so safety is a big issue for me. I have to admit that parking is tight. But coming from San Francisco, and looking for parking in your neighborhood for over an hour... this is actually not bad at all. As long as I can park my car in my space, I have no problem. but I understand this might be a problem for others that have friends and relative visiting. So I do admit parking is a problem.

I think I have typed to much now. I will end it at this, during the time I have lived here, I have liked it here and been happy.

You're right Pollyanna...you've typed too many lies. Emerald Ridge is a dump. But you must be dumpy to appreciate the dump!
