I moved in because i liked the area and the park across the street. Thats about as much as I can say thats good. The parking is non existent. I can hear my neighbors talkin and well...more intimate times....I had to join a gym because the ancient weight room has no air conditioning and it doesn't take long to get overheated. The office staff say one thing, and then do another. For example, I was told I would have my refrigerator replaced because it made so much noise. Instead they just moved it around....still sounds like a 18 wheeler going up hill....I need to take a flashlight out at night because the lighting is so bad. The insulation in the apts is so bad that electric bills are outrageous. I can feel the cold breeze when I stand 4-5 feet from the sliding glass door

I would never recommend Emerald Ridge.
