Worst place I've lived in recent years.

I just came across this website, and I'm glad I have an opportunity to express my disdain for Emerald Ridge. It was hands down the worst place I have ever lived.
The office staff either like you or they don't. You make one complaint about them or Emerald Ridge and you might as well move.
The parking is a joke.
The weight room is circa 1955.
The noise problems are so bad at night I lost several nights of sleep.
When I moved out they overcharged me for every minor thing. I could go into detail, but it would take pages to explain. Suffice it to say, they attempted to rip me off, but I pervailed.
My car was burglarized once in the 12 months I lived there. The security is a joke.
There are countless apartment complexes in the Bellevue area, if you choose Emerald Ridge, then be prepared to be disappointed.
Do not choose Emerald Ridge.
