I signed a year lease and there has not been one day I haven't regretted it. I'm surprised by the favorable comments on this website. I'm not sure where they live, but it isn't Emerald Ridge. I'm very friendly with all my neighbors, and the one thing we all seem to agree upon is that this is a terrible place to live and we all look forward to the day we can move.

The management is unresponsive and snobbish. They spend more time trying to rent vacancies than keeping their current tenants happy.

The noise problem is unbelievable and there is nothing being done about it. Security non-existent.

Once you get a parking space, I suggest you never go anywhere. You'll end up parking on the street once you get home.

The amenties are a joke. My Dad has a better home gym in his basement than this place provides. If you do elect to work-out here, it's like working out in a sauna. They don't even have the common sense to stick an air conditioner in the window. The jacuzzi is out-of-service about 75% of the time.

This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up and I have already found better built, larger, and more affordable apartments. Don't be fooled, you can absolutely do better than Emerald Ridge.
