This apartment has gone down hill fast.
QUALITY: The buildings are not kept, i.e. needs new roof, paint in areas, lights burnt out and not fixed for weeks at a time, interior and exterior water leaks, drafty windows, major ventilation and air circulation problems, etc.
OUTSIDE: Landscape is kept up by the rental office and entrance only, probably for good first impressions-but minimal landscaping everywhere else. There is a drainage problem at the entire site which the apt. buildings rests on, creating muddy swamps when it rains. This in turn makes it even more difficult to keep the off-white carpets clean.
PEOPLE: Maintenance reacts very slowly to requests. Sometimes maintenance will leave a note on the door saying they attempted to stop by, but not knock on the door when you were home the whole time. Policies of the complex will be enforced or overlooked depending if management "likes" you or not. In addition, move out inspections can be difficult if you are not on the "good side" of management as well(I've been told this by 3 diff. people who moved out). Upon moving out, it is the tenets responsibility to paint interior if moving out before 5 years, or you can pay a fee to have the apt painted on a sliding scale. The paint incidently is quite liderly the cheapest flat paint by parker. As a result, it will mark whenever anything, and I do mean anything, touches it.

What aggravated me the most is how the managers would be impersonal and rude when you need something, however when giving tours a fake "friendly" smile and hello would be sure to come out.
