THere are so many options available in Bellevue. This is a renter's market right now. All kinds of promotions like free rent, etc.
Emerald Ridge has so many problems that I simply am not a good enough typist to type all the issues this place has. It would take pages.
Suffice it to say, I've read all the comments on this website about Emerald Ridge...good and bad. There is simply no denying this place is hated by most of us that made the mistake to move in here. I moved in six months ago and hate it here so much I'm considering paying the penalty and leaving early.
THis place is all window dressing. Once you move in and experience the awfulness first hand, you'll regret every minute you're here.
Don't just settle for this place. I hope people see this website and drive right past Emerald Ridge. I know I wish I had.
