ok i have to say that ive lived here for a year and am happy to be moving! But i also have to say that ive never had a noise problem and i live on the bottom floor, every once in awhile i hear the upstairs people stomping as they have a dog and ar probably playing with it but as for noise this is one of the better apt ive had. floor plan is good sized and priced fairly for the area. now on to the bad if its warm out ive got ants, constantly, they spray and spray and i clean and spray the interior they still come back, evidently there is a bad seal in the wall heater on the wall that connects me with my side neighbor as every few hours my apt smells like an ashtray being a non-smoker this is VERY annoying almost as bad as the ants. and the parking is pretty bad but only for visitors as you are given the requisite one parking spot for yourself as you are at ANY complex and most of the extra parking is in the rear with all the two bed apartments ive got two cars AND a motorcycle AND work at night and havent had MUCH problems finding spots
so overall id have to say if they were able to fix the ant and smoke problems id be happy and would stay but i cant live with ants or smoke so.....
