Couldn't be much worse

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Noise is a constant problem
Place is way over-priced
Management is stuck up
No place to park
Not on a decent bus route
Dog crap all over
Hotter than hell in the summer
Trucks from nearby garage start rolling at 5:30 am week days
