ER Apartments is located about a mile from either entrance to 405. At first glance, the apartments and the location look okay. There is a park for dogs across the way and there are cyclists on the weekends.

What you don't see is that the apartment is located a few hundred yards from I405. Late at night or early in the morning, engine braking trucks will wake you up. I have tried a noise generator, but it doesn't help very much.

I don't have anything positive to say about the management as they haven't been responsive and recently reduced on-call services. The word "snotty" is an adept description.

More disturbing has been the break-ins to the cars. The break-ins that I am aware of are from word of mouth from other tentants.

Because 118th Avenue runs parallel to I-405, the road running south becomes a parking lot during rush hour.

Running the property according to community policy should not be considered "snotty". Keeping pets on a leash at all times is part of our community policy. This is all explained in the Pet Addendum that was signed at move in. My recomendation for you would be to do your homework before making a decision on where to live. Lastly one of our advertising points is how close we are to I-405 & I-90. This is a noise that you can barely hear and should have been aware of on the tour.
