Can't wait to move

I am trying to be fair and I am honestly trying to think of something positive to say about this place. I'm stumped. This is just an awful apartment complex with no really positive qualities.
Ok, I think by now you should be clear that the parking ------- sucks. I think they should be open and honest when you are taking a tour that if you have a car, or have friends that use cars as their means of transportation, that it is just a fact that you and your friends will often have to park on the street, walk up a hill, often in the dark, and that just sucks.
The noise is unbelievable. I lived in a fraternity for two years and then I lived in an army barracks for a year. Those places were like the medical examiner's office compared to this place. Noise from every conceivable origin. If TV is a little boring, just sit back in your recliner and enjoy listening to every word your neighbors say, sing, yell or yoddle. I can hear conversations just like I was in the room from them. Unfortunately, I can also hear them when they are in the bathroom obviously having a difficult bowel movement or every squeek, moan and cry of relief as they engage in their often disturbing and always disgusting nightly ritual of sexual frolics. Yuck, it's like listening to my grandparents hump.
Maintenance. Well, that brings up the question...What maintenance. I'm not the type who whines about every little problem. There's some ---- I just don't bother reporting. When I do report something, it's usually something that needs immediate attention. Say you're home sitting on the ole potty and it honestly starts to rain in your bathroom. Not just a few drips, but something equivalent to a winter in Calcutta. I literally felt like I had just taken a shower, but hadn't taken the time to get naked or even turn on the water. Well, it's afer 5pm, so I call the emergency telephone number and get voice-mail. I leave a message and expec that my call will be returned in a reasonable time. Well, four hours pass and no return call. I have to be the guy who calls more than once, but my bathroom is now a swamp and the water is spilling into the hallway, even though my entire supply of bath towels is now soaking up the mess.
The dude on the emergency line never calls back. The next day..around 9:30am...I call the office and tell them I have a real problem. I tell her of the potential damage the water may cause. I am assured the problem will be fixed, bathroom dried, and no worries. Well, I get home aroundn 6pm and nobody ever fixed ----. To make a long story short (too late') It took a few more phone calls and a actual personal appearance in the office before anything was done. When they actually took action, it was half-assed. They didn't do anything in my bathroom to address the days of standing water, and I had major mold problems for weeks. OK, I've got about five or six good examples I could lay on you regarding the maintenance problems, but if you aren't moved about the story of my bathroom turning into the Amazon, then my stories of broken locks, backed up sinks, electrical problems, carpet ditaching itself from the floor and my favorite listening to a neighbors smoke detecting scream for an entire weekend as the tenants were out of town.
You know what, I'm tired. I was gonna ----- about a bunch of other stuff, but if you move in to this nasty ass place after reading my critique and the mostly negative comments other people have expressed, then welcome home...dumbshit.
