Not a Safe Place

My experience started off bad from the beginning. The first day I moved in, the washer wasn't properly connected and flooded the entire kitchen and dining area. Emerald Ridge's management sent someone the next day to properly connect the drainage hose, and they put fans on the carpet to "help" dry it out. They acknowledged that it was their mistake, but never apologized. Next, I noticed a terrible flea problem (I don't have any animals.) The past renters must have had pets. The pets left, but the fleas stayed. It was disgusting and a major problem for a long time. Then, my car was stolen from my paid parking spot at Emerald Ridge. I never felt safe there even before my car was stolen. I would never recommend this place to someone I cared about. People lurk around at all hours of the night, and I couldn't wait to move to a safer place. I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
