I moved in here a few months ago and I think that this is a great place to live. Maintenance always comes on the same day when I have a problem, however I've only had to call them twice so far.

The property is well lit and people are very good about keeping clean after their animals. Any time someone does not, maintenance is there cleaning it up as soon as they see it.

The grounds are well kept with a landscaping company that comes out every monday to keep the hedges and grass trimmed and neat.

Parking is a little bit of a problem. This is Seattle area though, so that is an issue in almost every community you could move into.

Also I want to know where all this noise is coming from that people have complained about in other reviews. I must be deaf, as I have yet to hear any of these 'wild parties' that people are complaining about. The property is actually pretty quiet. Considering we live near two major interstates, I'd say it's exceptionally quiet. The property is situated in a place that muffles the noise quite well.

I would recommend this place to anyone. It's pet friendly, and the prices are very affordable for the area.
