Thank God I'm outta there. I lasted through my 6 month lease then I had to leave. It was depressing living there. I have found a much nicer place for less money. I have 2 dogs, and I had to wipe their feet before we came in the apartment because if I didnt there would be mud or dog feces all over my carpet (although it wouldn't matter, my carpet was in horrible shape when I moved in). You see, the lawn is very small and in bad shape from all the dog pee, everywhere is brown. That doesnt even include all the dog feces throughout the small lawn area. Seems nobody, residents or management, feel it is important to pick up feces. When I voices my concerns, I was told by the management to go ccross the street to the park. Wow thats customer service. Le Ann may be the worst manager I have ever had as my manager. She doesnt seem to care about my concerns or problems. My best advice is to STAY AWAY, there are many better deals in Bellevue. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Oh my god. It's Sok and Sarah. The freakshows who decided to trash their apartment, not pay their bills, steal mail, assault people, and cuss out their neighbors when the neighbors asked them to not block parking spaces with their giant vehicles. The truth is going to smack you two in the head one day. The dog feces you were stepping in came from your own dogs. I never once saw you picking up after yourselves, and considering the condition you left your apartment in, ugh... You have no one to blame but yourselves. To any potential readers of this review, please ignore it. I've lived here a long time and there were very very few problems in the community until these two moved in. Now that they're gone, emerald ridge has returned to being a quiet, enjoyable community. |

I totally agree with this review. The response is wholly incorrect. Emerald Ridge is a hole, and most tenants hate it.
