noisy neighbors. screaming children and teenagers who destroy property and won't shut up and light fires. always having to hear barking dogs. dog ---- all over the grass and walkways and rude neighbors who smoke behind the buildings and let smoke blow into your place rather than filling their own place with smoke. thats what you get at this place.
parking is horrible if you have guests. there are too many noisy kids in the area who cause problems and many people let their aggressive dogs run off the leash. i have been chased into my apartment by pit bulls more than once.
people rev their car engines and motorcycles regularly at all hours of the day and night and wake people up. security does nothing. my car was broken into twice. i'm much happier now that i've left.
its a sh!thole and you can do much better. this is the first time i've lived anywhere where the neighbors will actively smoke outside your apartment even after notices to please stop due to the secondhand smoke. its so dark here that i started carrying a flashlight before i left to see my way to my place at night. i beg of you to find something better so you dont rot away.

I'm a current resident...hope to be a past resident very soon....this is a very accurate review....I've lived here way too long, but I can say that things have just gotten worse instead of improving...
