The MANAGER LeeAnn is the worst !!!!

I have lived at Emerald Ridge for a few years and have had several encounter with the manager LeeAnn she is so unprofessional and very military style rude not just to the resident but to her staff too. I would image that is why not staff member stays around for that long. The company should really look at there employee turn over working for the monster. Emerald Ridge would be a great place to live if they had the right person running the place.

Why do you stay there? I lived at Emerald Ridge for over 2 years and never had a problem with LeeAnn. She is direct and to the point. If you look at the performance of the maintenence staff, they were for the most part lazy. I believe that the current staff is much more efficient and seems to keep the place cleaner.

LeeAnn got the job done! It may not have always been the way you asked for it to be done, but she took care of business. PERIOD! At least when she was here things got handled and not over looked. Her job was not to be our friend her job was to get the job done!
