I do want to say this is a smoking and pet friendly apartment complex, which is very clean. If smokers or pets bother you, you should find somewhere else to live.

The grounds are clean with the exception of the few who are always going to exist and possibly ruin it for the rest of the good pet owners.

Pick up your own dog ----, it is disgusting, careless and could carry desease. I don't want to pay the vet bill for your lack of responibility or due to the fact that your not a good dog owner.

Were lucky to be able to have dogs here. Don't be the one who takes that away from the rest of us.

The staff is professional, friendly and the grounds are very well kept.

Having a park across the street is a phenominal benifit for dog walking!! Perfect location!!

I'm impressed as a returning renter after almost 6 years away.

What floor do you live on? You have the most recent post on this website... I'm just wondering what you think of the loudness factor (hearing footsteps/talking) if you live on the first or second floor? Thanks.

I'm a former resident and I can tell you this review is complete BS. The property is not very clean, the noise is really bad, and the staff don't know their backsides from a hole in the ground. I used to live in E building on the middle floor, and I can safely say that you can easily hear your upstairs neighbors walking across the floor, regardless of how quietly they may or may not attempt to walk. Don't rent here. It's gone downhill since LeeAnn left.
