Don't come here

Parking is horrible. If you come home late, be prepared to park outside because the spaces are not only limited, but extremely tiny. They keep raising my rates after my leased expired and decided to rent month-to-month. They raised it by $50 3 months ago. And now are raising ahother $50, so I decided to move out.
The fitness room might as well be non-existent. 3 machines in a very small room poorly lit, with no air conditioning and poor ventilation. I was still paying $30 to work out at 24hr fitness instead.
The aparment furnishing wasn't bad. But to be honest, it's below average at the price I'm paying. My rent jumped from $650 to $750, studio. I regret not shopping around more and looking at other places before I decided to move here. I recently went to visit other apartments and was surprised how head and shoulders those are compared to Excalibur - at similar pricings.
When I moved out, I was shocked to find out that not only none of my deposits were returned, I got a bill from them which I thought was B.S.
Overall, I would not recommend this apartment, and am very glad I moved out and now am renting at a much nicer apartment.
