I like the interior and layout of my apartment, but like the previous post, there is too much noise above me and next door. The building was cheaply built, so wall are thin, carpet cheap, and the traffic is a little noisy. But, they have fixed the door problem by proping about half of them up with fire sensor magnets.
When I moved in last summer, the aparment would get so hot because of the poor placement of my window, but I have not had any problems in the winter. Overall, good price, average to poor place.

Yes, an average of $43 a month billed the thieves at Minol is a rippoff for the area average.
