this place looks nice from the outside and is a great location and the staff is also nice and helpful. however, there is usually alot of really loud thumping music coming from various neighbors at various hours of the day/night and alot of noise coming from the courtyard, i'm surprised that no one has complained about it to stop it. you can never quite figure out where all the noise is exactly coming from. i also face the courtyard and it kind of sucks being enclosed and not being able to see "outside" and hearing all the neighbors or being paranoid all your neighbors can see inside your apt. it's a cute apt but when i moved in several things broke one after another which was kind of annoying. during the summer i never closed my window yet the heat never left my apartment and it got really cold in the winters even from a higher floor. the utilities are outrageous at over $40 a month for water for a single studio. in conclusion, good location and staff and cute apartment but bad neighbors, price, and ventilation (i guess that's the more important part.)

You knew all of that when you moved in..You should have called The Office-any noice that was "to much"-would have been taken care off.
