I lived in a studio, I think the place was about 20% full when I moved in. So it was quiet. But by the end of my stay it was full and the parking was a nightmare. I drive an SUV so ended up with about $2700 worth of dings which I had fixed. Some were my fault, but some just magically appeared from other residents. Also I faced the courtyard and it was LOUD. In the summer it was extremely stuffy and opening the one window out to the courtyard brought no relief. The air out there didn't move, so no breeze came in at all. HOT! I also had midnight experiences with the fire alarms...The staff were always nice though and when I moved out I got most of my deposit and although I had some issues I would recommend it. BUT don't get a room facing the inner courtyard. Opt for the fresh air and peace and quiet on those facing out.
