Looks are deceiving. Sure, it's on the outskirts of South Downtown Bellevue, the brochure looks cute, the management seems nice, but beware - the parking is atrocious, barely room to park a Yugo, and it's all first come first serve, and there is enough to support one car to each apartment, let alone the units that opt to buy an extra pass. Then there the lack of air circulation, frigid cold in the winter, and broiling stuffy hot in the summer. I lived on the south side, and no air seemed to come through my one window. I can't imagine living in the fishbowl inner circle, let alone talking with other tennants who told you could hear people sneeze from across the way. Then there is the balsa wood walls, you can hear every flush, snort, and intimate detail of every apt that touches yours if you know what I mean.. Then there's the punks that litter in the garage, the halls, and party in the south lot at all hours - don't bother complaing to management, they'll tell you they'll take care of it, but months later, you'll still be complaining while they tell they'll take of it, FOR SURE! LAST WARNING TO THEM!! LOL - The power bills fit a studio, but be prepared to deal with the ----- when it comes to your Water, Sewer, and Trash -- a company (from Texas no less..) that 3rd party bills you for an average of $45.00 a month for that - with NO itemization, their name: MINOL and you'd better pay them, or you may get evicted, and don't bother asking why the water portion is 30 bucks a month for one person living in a studio without a washer and dryer, it's all based on the buildings usage, NOT yours - in fact NEVER rent from a complex who uses these sharks EVER -- I noticed a major crack in the south stairwell of the lowest level of the south stairwell in the parking garage, it went through BOTH sides of the wall - they said don't worry... then a few weeks later it was plastered over --- we're talking the main foundation of the building! Don't worry... The theft rate in this part of Bellevue is horrendous, I guess it's the lower rent in this area, but it attracts ALOT of unsavory charactors hanging around, again.. don't worry from the management, but they did put out a bullitin taped to the doors saying it was a good idea to have renters insurance, and to call the police as there had been several breakins to cars parked in the secure parking garage-which half the time had the door broke and open, or the sensor covered in the middle of the night, that or the doors from the outside parking lot propped open by something.. The management is nice enough, but useless. The maintence was always done timely, but that is the only nice things I have to say about living there. Then they charged me cleaning fees for moving out and threatened me with collection even though I had reciepts for cleaning.. I ran out of that place at the end of my lease, hope you run before you sign. I think also, that any complex in the area that uses Texas based Minol as your ripp-off Water 3rd party biller, is not a place I will ever live again.. I could at least this much about Minol, they never get back to you with questions about billing, and at one point to give a $30 credit to I think everyone in the bldg, but when I asked how they came to the conlusion, they never responded, and then the billing from Minol stayed the same as before.. What a nightmare all in all. So glad to get the H out of there. Oh, gotta love the non-refundable portion of the security deposit - isn't that a contradiction in terms' - Also, overall, a very shoddly built building IMHO - especially considering it was new in 2004.

Why did you renew your lease and stay for two years if things were so terrible? hmm?
