Location! Location! Location! It's a prime spot to live in now that Bellevue is really developing and becoming a city to both live and work in. Excalibur sits right off the 405 and in between the 90 and 5. How much more perfect can that get'!'! For those people who were so upset living here in tiny apartments and paying high rent, then don't ever move to Belltown!

We've loved living here and have been here for almost two years. We moved in before it was at full capacity. It was definitely quieter then, but it's more of a "neighbor" issue as opposed to a "building" issue for us. Anytime we've had any issues come up, the office has dealt with them immediately and effectively!

Although parking feels limited it is great that at least one spot is included in rent...not like Seattle apartments where they don't offer any parking and if they do, you pay an arm and a leg for each one.

We LOVE the staff and we are always so appreciative of their help. They're always friendly (and fun to chat with!) and they're always trying to make this place a better place to live. What sucks is that sometimes it's the residents that make it a little messy and don't pick up their own garbage and nasty things. GROSS! We always see the staff running around trying to keep the place clean and orderly.

Aside from the fact that our building looks good, is modern and is within minutes of everything you need; shopping mall, restaurants, highways, Starbucks, we stay because we love the staff that work here. They??ve taken care of us and our fluffy cat the whole time we??ve been here. They make it amazing.
