I lived in Excalibur a little over a yr. The managment appears to be friendly until you have a question about their policies. They became very rude and told me that "they do not have to provide you with any notice becasue their policies is subject to market change!" And "if you have any more questions, talk to your lawyer becaue we are busy!!" I would not recommend living there. If you have no other choice and decided to live there, get everything they say in writing!! (be careful of the things they told you before they get you to sign the lease - get it in writing!)

The apt is very small and over-priced. It is also not safe -- I have had random sales person knocking on my door trying to sell travel packages. The gym is very tiny three machines in there with no air circulation. Overall, my experince at Excalibur is very bad. I would not recommend living there.

I don't find that to be true. I have lived at Excalibur for 2 1/2 years and have found that if I have a problem and don't understand why something has happened I can go to the office and they can give me the information I need out of my file showing me why I received a notice on my door. The staff has been the same since I moved in I they are always friendly towards me when I come down with question or to pick up a package. I have never had anyone come to my door selling something. If I did I would report it to the office and I am sure they would make sure that company didn't come back to the building.
