Grounds are kept nice, but will not notify you when they clean roofs or blow leaves. I left my sunroof open during the day and went back to find debris in my car. Parking does suck, including the illiterate tards that park in the handicap parking spots. The parking is so bad, when my neighbors leave they park their other car in that same spot!!! (it is one of the few open spots) Office is friendly. Dogs are welcome. You do hear your neighbor sneeze even in the next building over and they can hear a "bless you". Hope your upstairs neighbor doesn't have a sex life or kids, or a treadmill (speaking from experience). Except for the guy swaping license plates, the crime rate is low. Overall, it is one of the best managed places in Factoria. If the rent didn't jump up by $100 I would consider staying.

Since moving out of this apartment, we were hit with a cleaning bill. When we moved in the apartment was not quite ready so we moved minimul stuff in. They did not replace the carpets because we had a dog.
They did not take in concideration that they did not fully clean the apt when we first moved in. It was cleaner when we moved out!! Then the office staff was rude when we brought up the subject of the cleaning fees. The only good thing about this place is the location. Not a good recomendation!
