Do not live here!! This place has had so many murders, break ins and car thefts!! What a dump! This place will lease to any Tom, ---- or Harry NO JOKE!!! The apartment has serious bug problems as well as noise noise noise from screaming neighbors. A complete nightmare for those with families. Absolutely no place for peace and quite because they are right on the main road near the FIRE DEPT!!!! I am so out of here!!

Been here over 6 years - a couple of car breakins & one fire; that's it. I've not heard of any murders or apt break ins. Yes, some neighbors are noisier than others, but you'll have that anywhere. I never hear the neighbor next to us, just above or below us occasionally. Over all noise factor, lots better than some places I've lived in. And we're not on a main road (that would be Factoria Blvd). We're behind the mall, smack up against the 405, but there's a freeway wall, and while you may hear some swooshing occasionally when you're outside, I liken it to hearing the surf - lol. Not bad at all.
