Factoria Firs has changed!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Factoria Firs was not so great until January of 2003. I had lived here for 2 years at that point. Then new management took over and I have never been happier. The property is kept up, management is very friendly, always helpful and all maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. The apartments are older but since new management took over, it is the best I've seen in a while. The apartments are quiet and secluded. I wasn't looking in someone else's window.
