The prior comment you might have read was the property manager trying to bring up this dump!!! This property that this person described as secluded and quite (RIGHT) It is located right next to Factoria Mall as well as around the corner from the Fire Department.... Constant criminal resident problems!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I don't anymore!!!!!!! Paper thin walls where you can hear your neighbor sneeze and say to them bless you and they reply thank you!!!

Did you even live there, there isn't a fire station on 124th anywhere near the apartment complex. The only criminal issues I've seen in 3 years were a couple of cars that were broken in to, no different than any other property. Noise is not a problem, we never hear our next door neighbors, and only occasionally hear the people upstairs, usually when they are vaccuuming or running the dishwasher. No different than any other apartment that I live in. Furthermore, this exact same review was posted at a property called Factoria 88 as well.
