This apartment complex is basically run by an agency that can never keep the management office staffed during normal business hours. This we were told was due to them having to staff two complexes with the same people. If you ever get packages and need to pick them up from the office, this is next to impossible. Some excuses for the personnel were, they went to the bank...etc. And maintenance issues were delt with in an amateurish manner. Our dishwasher did not work and the two people sent to fix it, had no experience in repairing these items. They ended up replacing it....and I wish I had a camera to film them. It could have won me some money...lol. Then the intercom never worked...ever. Their response was that the company went out of business and they were looking for bids to have it repaired/replaced' Then our hollow core from door came off of the frame from the hinge side. The door had become seperated from the wooden frame and came clear off. Getting them to fix this took over a week. It had been fixed by just shooting some wood screws into it in the past we noticed....which had degraded the integrity of the door. This door was actually hard to open or close as it was warped. Now the new replacement door was cut down too small and light can be seen all around its perimeter. The noise from the highway isn?t too bad as the sound barrier keeps it out. The parking is adequate as most people park outside' Underground parking is nice but there is not much of it. The building is old so one other thing is the cicuit breakers are always tripping. The wiring is very old and it would require major rewiring to get these outlets up to current specs. (The breakers are 15 amp.)For verification purposes, I can be reached at this e-mail address.
