Having lived in Factoria Firs for 2 years I am quite happy with the place. Lots of closet space and some apartments also have an atrium.Quiet apartments in the heart of Factoria, two minutes away from Malls, Grocery Stores and Cinemas. Good maintanence. Friendly staff.There are only minor drawbacks, there is not much light in these apartments and the decks face a hill which reduces the amount of sunlight in the apartment. Parking ok for 1 car, 2 cars is a problem. Bad floor plans, thin walls.

I didn't hear neighbor's speaking or music sound so far...I think it's not thin..it's thick wall..
