Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2002
 
I have lived here for almost 7 years and am now thinking of moving because I am buying a home. The rent has gone up alot over the years but in comparison to everything else that is out there it is more than competetive. Its going to be sad to leave the Factoria Firs it has always been my place of tranquility.
