i have lived here for almost 3 years, the price is cheap and so are the apartments. poorly built and constructed, floors feel like they might give way in the upper units. maintenance takes forever to get anything done...i waited for new screens when i moved in for 6 months because there were none when i moved in. i was told they blew out in a storm. i am moving out when lease is up. oh yeah...cars are regularly broken into there as well...about once every 3 months for one span.
