The apartment itself is laid out really well, but is of very very poor construction. There are indentations in the floors, trim either poorly installed or non-existent, windows leaking cold air from the outside, structural wood members splitting, cracking concrete walkways on upper floors, appliances not working properly and the list goes on. The Management makes it worse, they do not listen, nor do they care. It does not also take a lot of effort to be told the truth with regards to issues that arise from problems with the apartment. Against what earlier reviews say about the new management, I totally disagree, and rate it as being very poor. Although the apartments has its flaws they are still somewhat livable, but the management just makes it miserable. Once the lease term ends I am out.
