My roommate and I lived here for approximately 2 years. While we stayed there, we couldn't of asked for anything better. We were treated very well, when we had issues with our apartment, they were prompt on fixing it. However, the move out was horrible! We were charged for cleanings that were not substantiated, and were given an excellent rating from the "inspector" . . however we did not receive any of our deposit back. Before our cleaning, we even asked for the paint color of the walls, so that we could purchase some paint to fix areas....and were told not to worry about it, because they were going to do it anyways. AND THEY STILL CHARGED US! We rented a carpet cleaner (professional one), and they still felt our carpets weren't clean enough!! My suggestion to you, is that if you would like to live here, you will enjoy your stay (for the most part).... JUST NEVER, EVER, EVER MOVE OUT!!!!! I'm sure if you die in the apartment, they will still find a way to charge you something . . . . . probably cleaning costs!!

Bend you over...the rest is up to them...they'll get your money any way they can, the property manager will even lie and make up stories so she can charge you more and more. This place sucks!
