We have lived here for 6 years and have enjoyed all of the new changes. The Property Manager Sheleen has been great to work with and the asst. Manager has been a real interesting addition to the team. Everything stays so clean and quiet. This is our 7th renewal signing and I am not leaving until we get a house! It's like living in a tranquil paradise. No matter what negative you read on this site, I will be here to tell you that this is the best in Factoria!!!!! The only negative comments are from the idiots who cannot follow laws and rules. and know one wants to listen to them because they have no leg to stand on!!

Looks like you're another sucker who's been fooled by the property manager! Ha Ha Ha sucker! I follow the laws and the rules you jerk, I don't let liars try to run my life, and talk about my personal issues with the rest of the complex. Take my opinion and shove it where the sun shouldn't shine!
