I currently live in the lower part of the complex, and unfortunately will be giving my notice when I pay Septembers rent. We did have some problems when we first moved in but they were always taken care of. Parking is wonderful, especially the covered spot which is more like a garage without a door.

It does get really hot in the summer, but then again in the winter all the natural light is great. The location is awesome.

Everyone is looking for different things when they move into a place. For us it was location and price. These are no longer factors which is why we're moving out.

Keep in mind when deciding that no matter what apartment complex you move to,you will have problems.

This property was built in 1989 If memory serves me right. Our staff is doing what it can when the manager isnt promising the world to chosen few.
