Wow, I love the ratings that you have received from your residents. My stay here at Factoria Heights has been amazing. My neighbors are very quiet and parking is always a breeze. My view is truley beautiful and my dates usually agree. The staff is very different In a good way of course. The manager Shellen is very wonderful. She has a little bit of southern charm that carries you in and holds you down. Love that smile!
