When we moved in, we were told that we were going to get an apartment just like the model apt. Althought the apt were similar the floor plan we ended up was not as good as the model apt.

Also, we were told that the doors and the carpet would be replaced but they never were.

Mantenance took forever to fix broken items. Our favorite highlight is that the oven stopped working a little over a month before we moved out. We called to have it fixed several but they never got around to it. They then charged took our security deposit b/c the oven was not functioning when we moved out. When we pointed out that we didn't actually damage the but that it stopped working and they should have fixed it. They told us that per our contract we would be charged for anything not functioning when we left regardless of whose fault it was.

Again false representation is another issue with the present manager again we want you to know we are aware.
